Requirements

1. Identification Documents

  • Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

  • Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in Belgium.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.
