Requirements

1. Identification Documents 

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 2x2 inch color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

2. Financial Documents 

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months( minimum closing balance of PKR 800,000 (solo traveler) or PKR 1500,000 (for a family), printed on official bank letterhead

  • Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 1 year.

  • Company income tax returns for the last 1 year (if your business files them separately).

3. Supporting Documents 

  • Polio IPV certificate issued by a government hospital.

  • Polio Vaccination certificate from a government hospital (must be less than one year old).

  • A Dengue (IgM) negative test report from an authorized laboratory.

  • Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).

  • Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

  • An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.
