Requirements
1. Identification Documents
A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).
Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.
Three recent 2x2 inch color photographs with a plain white background.
Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.
2. Financial Documents
Personal bank statement for the last 6 months( minimum closing balance of PKR 800,000 (solo traveler) or PKR 1500,000 (for a family), printed on official bank letterhead
Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.
Personal income tax returns for the last 1 year.
Company income tax returns for the last 1 year (if your business files them separately).
3. Supporting Documents
Polio IPV certificate issued by a government hospital.
Polio Vaccination certificate from a government hospital (must be less than one year old).
A Dengue (IgM) negative test report from an authorized laboratory.
Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).
Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).
