Requirements

1. Identification Documents 

  • A scanned color copy of your National ID Card (CNIC).

  • Your original current passport, along with all of your previous passports.

  • Three recent 35mm x 45mm color photographs with a plain white background.

  • Your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA.

2. Financial Documents 

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a recommended minimum balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for solo travelers) or PKR 2,500,000 (for families).

  • Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.

  • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  • Company income tax returns for the last 3 years (if your business files them separately).

3. Supporting Documents 

  • Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).

  • Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in France or the Schengen Area.

  • A letter of sponsorship from your sponsor confirming their full financial support for the trip

3. Supporting Documents

  • A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.

  • An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.

  • A declaration listing any relatives you have currently living in France or the Schengen Area.

  • For Minors Traveling with One Parent: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.

    Note:  Many of our clients who visit France also add a trip to see Switzerland or Italy on the same journey. Your single Schengen visa covers them all.

Important Notes

  • Bank Statement Details: It is very important to avoid large, sudden deposits into your account before the statement is printed.

  • Statement Date: Your bank statement must be recent (printed no more than 7 days before your submission date).

  • Appointment Availability: Please be aware that due to extremely high demand, appointment slots for France can have a waiting time of up to 90 days.

  • Fees: Our payment covers our expert assistance service. The official Embassy fee is currently €90 and is a separate cost.

  • Our Service: We provide all necessary supporting documents from our end (like letters and bookings). You are responsible for providing your personal and financial documents.

  • Minor Applicants: If a child is applying, their form must be signed by both parents.
